Barley wine made with Maris Otter malt and East Kent Golding hops, then aged for a year in port barrels. Compared to the other two, it is fermented with Saison yeast, and although it is the more alcoholic version, it is overall very balanced. The fruit and wood dominate both the nose and the palate. Exemplary.
