DESCRIPTION
Introducing Nankin, the craft pumpkin beer that's perfect for winter! With a rich, dense flavor and a 5.5% ABV, this beer is the perfect addition to your beer collection. What sets Nankin apart from other pumpkin beers is that it was not boiled, allowing the delicate flavors of the ingredients to shine through.
We use a unique blend of four cereals: barley, wheat, oats, and rye, to create a complex and satisfying taste. For hops, we use Cluster hops for bittering and Columbus hops for aroma. Cluster hops provide a smooth and balanced bitterness, while Columbus hops impart a bold and citrusy aroma.
To give Nankin its unique character, we ferment it with both Farmhouse yeast and Voss Kveik, resulting in a beer that's both spicy and fruity. The first one contributes a spicy and earthy aroma, while the Voss Kveik yeast provides notes of tropical fruit and citrus. Perfect for sipping by the fire on a cool night or enjoying with friends at a bonfire, Nankin is the ultimate pumpkin beer for the season.

BREWERY
No, I'm not a brewer.
No, I don't brew.
No, I can't follow a recipe.
And here I am with a hobby that takes more and more time and scope:
Here each beer is unique, brewed only once, some will be prototypes others will be moves of changes, and surely there will also be dissatisfactions. Ideally I only brew what I can not buy, with over the seasons KM0 ingredients, or on whims or according to my mood. And surely there will be room for unclassifiable beers but also for more "classic" things.
