DESCRIPTION
Imperial stout brewed with Trinitario cocoa powder and fermented with Voss™ Kveik yeast and aged 8 months in Wild Turkey Bourbon barrels. Dark chocolate brown color with mocha head, dense and sticky. Aroma has notes of charred malts, cocoa, raisins, soy sauce and roasted nuts with hint of vanilla. Taste is well balanced with dark chocolate, thick umami molasses, some dark chocolate and roasted malt bitterness on the finish with splash of anise and orange and citrus fruits. Full body, really smooth with soft carbonation. Wild Turkey barrels are well present with bit boozy- woody and charred bitter flavours.
